His broadly ranging practice includes industrial accidents, industrial disease, road traffic accidents, highways cases, claims by children, fatal accidents and dependency, assaults, occupiers’ liability, criminal injuries compensation and consumer protection claims.
Nick has a specific interest in the development of sports law relating to personal injuries, particularly accidents on the field of play, at both professional and amateur level.
