Practice
Molly undertakes a broad range of family work in particular accepts instructions in the following areas:
Public law childcare work representing Local Authorities, parents and children's Guardians.
Private law childcare work.
Ancillary Relief proceedings and financial disputes relating to unmarried couples.
Family Law Act injunctions and committal proceedings for breach of orders.
Molly also accepts instructions in crime particularly in relation to defence work.
Interests
Molly is a keen violinist who plays with the Birmingham Philharmonic Orchestra.
