Civil
Katie Feeney undertakes work in all areas of civil law, representing both Claimants and Defendants. She has particular experience of personal injury claims including workplace accidents, Occupiers' Liability Act claims and road traffic accidents. Katie is keen to maintain a mixed practice and has a strong interest in real property and contract.
CFA instructions are accepted in appropriate cases.
Employment
Katie is happy to undertake work in all areas of employment law. She is particularly interested in unfair dismissal and claims under the Working Time Regulations.
Family
Katie also undertakes work involving contact, residence, cohabitation disputes and claims under the Inheritance Act.
