John Attwood practises in public and privately funded criminal litigation of all types. This includes considerable experience as a leading junior for the defence and prosecution in a wide range of cases including murder/manslaughter, fraud, drug trafficking and sexual offences. He has particular experience in the defence and prosecution of allegations of historical sexual abuse and sexual offences generally. John has been a Grade IV prosecutor since 2000.
Environmental and regulatory law
John has experience of corporate offences and prosecutions following death/injury in the workplace.
