Jamie McCracken brings a common sense and business minded approach to potentially complicated litigation. He is experienced in a wide range of commercially related disputes before the civil courts including contractual matters, shareholder and partnership disputes and he is regularly instructed in matters arising from bankruptcy or insolvency. He also has an interest in taxation related matters.
Employment
Advice and representation is available in all areas of employment law including unfair and wrongful dismissal, redundancy, all forms of discrimination (age, sex, race, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief) and related matters. Particular interests include TUPE and disputes involving employee directors and employee shareholders. He accepts instructions from both employers and employees.
General Common Law
Jamie is experienced in a wide range of common law disputes arising out of the other areas of his practice, including possession actions and regulatory matters.
