Brief Career Details
After practising as a solicitor, and having obtained partnership and Higher Rights of Audience in both civil and criminal law, Emma Lenehan was called to the Bar in 2006.
Having completed a joint honours degree in French and Russian, Emma has a working knowledge of both languages.
Family
Now specialising solely in family law she covers both Children Act cases and financial cases including cohabitee disputes. She undertakes both public and private law applications, representing Local Authorities, Guardians, parents and grandparents.
