Dorothy Seddon specialises in all aspects of ancillary relief. She advises and represents parties in resolving the financial consequences of divorce and breakdown of cohabitation. Her extensive experience includes “big money” cases, constructive and resulting trusts, farming and other businesses. She acts in matters concerning the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, family provision on death, injunctions and undertakings, Family Law Act 1996 and Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
