Denis Desmond practises in all areas of crime including fraud, murder, robbery, sexual offences, drug offences, VAT offences, trading standards work and internet pornography crime. (R v. O’Shea)
He acts for both prosecution (Grade IV) and defence.
Police Law
Denis has acted as presenting officer at disciplinary and misconduct hearings for various forces across the country, including West Midlands Police. (Presenting officer in West Midlands Serious Crimes Squad and Drug Squad proceedings.)
He has experience in ASBOs, inquests and firearms licensing.
