Amanda Pittaway specialises in all aspects of ancillary relief, advising and representing parties in resolving the financial consequences of divorce and breakdown of cohabitation.
She has extensive experience including “big money” cases, constructive and resulting trusts, farming and other businesses, Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, family provision on death, injunctions and undertakings, Family Law Act 1996 and Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
