Tim Clarke offers advice and representation in both contentious and non-contentious work relating to real property, wills, administration of estates and trusts. He has particular expertise in Probate disputes and Inheritance Act claims. He deals with cases in the Court of Protection, especially those relating to capacity. He also has experience in claims of professional negligence relating to solicitors and surveyors.

 

Personal Injury

Tim undertakes all aspects of personal injury work, particularly sporting and holiday related claims, representing both claimants and defendants.

 

Ecclesiastical Law

Tim both advises in matters of ecclesiastical law and represents parties at Consistory Court hearings.
