Nick Tarbitt has over 20 years' experience in the field of personal injury and industrial disease, representing both claimants and defendants. His practice includes industrial accidents, fatal accidents and dependency, road traffic accidents, highways cases, claims by children, assaults, occupiers’ liability, criminal injuries compensation and consumer protection claims.

Nick has a specific interest in the development of sports law relating to personal injuries, particularly accidents on the field of play, at both professional and amateur level.

CFA instructions are accepted in appropriate cases.

Media & Entertainment

As a core member of the Cornwall Street Media Law Group, Nick draws on several years' experience in the record industry to advise in media and entertainment law cases.  In the early 1990's Nick began managing bands and, until recently, co-owned and ran an independent record label whose artists enjoyed considerable critical acclaim, both in the UK and abroad.  As A & R Director, Nick played a significant role in contract and licensing negotiations.
