Family
Molly undertakes a broad range of family work and in particular accepts instructions in the following areas:
Public law childcare work representing local authorities, parents and children's guardians.
Private law childcare work.
Ancillary Relief proceedings and financial disputes relating to unmarried couples.
Family Law Act injunctions and committal proceedings for breach of orders.
Crime
Molly also accepts instructions in crime particularly in relation to defence work.
Interests
Molly is a keen violinist who plays with the Birmingham Philharmonic Orchestra.
Public Access
Molly is trained under the Bar's Public Access scheme and is pleased to accept direct instructions from companies or individuals in appropriate cases
