Laura has experience in a wide range of civil/commercial litigation including contractual disputes, statutory nuisance and civil injunctions. She also conducts personal injury cases on behalf of both claimants and defendants and has experience of inquests.
Employment
Laura is regularly instructed to advise and represent both employers and employees in all area of employment law, including unfair and wrongful dismissal, redundancy, discrimination and TUPE.
General Common Law
Laura also has experience in general common law areas such as Anti-Social Behaviour Orders, Prison Parole Board hearings and Police Property Act actions.
Laura also advises a long-running BBC soap opera on legal and court procedures.
