Family

In 2005, Juliet returned to the Bar practising from Shrewsbury Chambers. Juliet undertakes exclusively all types of family, both financial and children matters and child care law.

Juliet represents parents and guardians in both public and private child care matters on a regular basis. Having worked for a number of years as a solicitor often dealing with vulnerable clients in emotional situations Juliet brings this experience to her work at the Bar and enhances her ability to provide effective and reassuring advice.

Juliet accepts both privately and publicly funded instructions and is committed to the future of public funding in family matters. Juliet appears in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court and High Court on a regular basis.
