Janet Pitt-Lewis has wide experience acting both for prosecution (grade IV) and defence in all offences including murder, robbery, sexual and drug offences,. She has a particular interest and expertise in cases involving physical and sexual abuse of children and vulnerable adults. She is regularly instructed in fraud and drugs cases leading to contested confiscation proceedings.

 

Family

Janet practises in all aspects of private and public law children work, acting for the children, local authority and parents. She also undertakes ancillary relief, cohabitee property disputes and Inheritance Act claims.
