Andrew Tucker acts for both prosecution (Grade III) and defence in all areas of criminal law.
He is an approved advocate on the Attorney-General’s List B and a member of the Criminal Bar Association. He is currently expanding his practice into Prison Law including hearings before the Parole Board and matters of prison discipline.
Public Access
Andrew is trained under the Bar's Public Access scheme and is pleased to accept direct instructions from companies or individuals in appropriate cases
