Cornwall Street Chambers (formerly No.6 Chambers, Fountain Court, Birmingham) is one of the leading sets of barristers’ chambers in Birmingham. In 2006, after spending 37 years in Fountain Court, Chambers purchased and fully refurbished a five-storey Grade II* listed late Victorian building in the commercial, legal and civic heart of Birmingham. Our new location benefits from excellent transport links, conference and library facilities, and the ability to provide CPD lectures and other functions for the legal and associated professions in comfort and style.

Chambers are delighted to announce that Abigail Nixon, a member of our Criminal Team, has been appointed a Recorder of the Crown Court. Abi will sit on the Midland Circuit.

Chambers wish to congratulate Peter Cooke, the Head of our Regulatory Law and Police Law Teams, upon the completion of his LLM in Environmental Law with distinction and his being awarded two post-graduate prizes.
